Pressing times
- All products are handcrafted; therefore, processing times may vary.
-Typical processing is 7-10 business days, unless otherwise stated or during high-volume seasons ( holidays, restocks, preorders, Kickstarter fulfilment).
- You will receive updates as your order progresses.
Shipping
-Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier selected at checkout.
-We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout by the customer.
-tracking information is sent automatically once your order is on the way.
Returns & Exchanges
Because of the nature of skincare, fragrance, and bath/body products, all sales are final for Hygiene and safety reasons.
However :
-If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
- We will gladlyoffer a replacement or shop creditdelending in the situation.
-Once production degjns, we cannot cancel or adjust the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed packages
- We are unable to issue refunds for packages marked "delivered" .
- If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier
-If you'd lkem added protection, we recommend Purchasing shipping insurance at checkout when available
