- All products are handcrafted. Standard processing time is 7 - 10 business days.

-processing may be longer during holidays, launches, preorders, and Kickstarter fulfillment.

- Delivery times depend on the carrier selected at check out.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

- Tracking information is sent automatically once your order ships.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

- We cannot issue refunds for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier

- If your package is lost in transit, we can help initiate a carrier investigation

- For added protection, we recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout when available
